His background includes operating and managing coin shops, building successful e-commerce businesses, and developing strong wholesale partnerships. Monica brings invaluable administrative and managerial expertise to the business. With a background in geology and education, she has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles focused on budgeting, financial analysis, outcome evaluation, and organizational operations. Her attention to detail and strategic mindset ensure that the business runs efficiently and responsibly.
